Avetta

Avetta verifies in escalating layers: a Manual Audit of your documents, an Implementation Audit that checks the program is actually followed, and a Field Audit that observes practice on site. Your profile carries a compliance status — green when it's in good standing — rather than a letter grade.

ComplyWorks

ComplyWorks — founded in Calgary and now part of Veriforce — uses a registry questionnaire plus document uploads (insurance, WCB, COR/SECOR, programs) and a red/green status. It's built for Canadian compliance, so Alberta OHS Code and WCB references fit the way they're meant to.

Yes — ComplyWorks, which was founded in Calgary and is now part of Veriforce, recognizes Alberta COR and SECOR as evidence of a recognized safety management system. But COR alone isn't a complete answer for most ComplyWorks clients. You'll still need to document specific programs, training, insurance, and policies the hiring client requires.
